It is asking me for a shipping address, will my tickets be mailed to me?

No, tickets are not mailed.  You will actually receive two emails, one will be a confirmation of payment and the other will be to view/print your ticket. The second email will come from WordPress, you can also type WordPress in your email search bar and it should come up. You can also download your ticket on any smart phone, screen shot the ticket, and show the picture at the door.

My credit card is declining but I know I have enough money?

The address you enter MUST match the address on file for your credit card.  Make sure that you are entering the correct address.  Also we only accept MasterCard and Visa. 

I have not received a confirmation and/or the email to print my ticket?

Once your transaction is complete you will receive TWO emails. If you do not see the second email check your spam/junk folder, since it is an automatic email it could possibly go into your spam/junk folder.  Or in your email search bar type WordPress and search. If you still do not see the email let us know and we can resend your tickets. If you still cannot find your second email with the QR code please email info@wildtexastickets.com

I purchased two tickets but I only received one ticket to print?

I can no longer go to an event, can I get a refund?

All tickets are NONREFUNDABLE…unless the event is cancelled.

The event has been cancelled, what do I need to do?

If the event has been rescheduled for another date, your ticket will be good for the rescheduled date.  If the event is not rescheduled the ticket price will be refunded.  The convenience fee is still NONREFUNDABLE.

Will my information be sold or sent to another company?

NO, the information you provide is only for your ticket purchase.  It will never be given or sold to another company, not even to the venue.  Your ticket purchase and information is strictly confidential.
